Box Size: Select a sturdy, appropriately sized box that’s large enough to accommodate the flowers without bending or crushing them, with some space for padding.

Insulation: If you're shipping in warm weather or over long distances, consider using an insulated box or adding cold packs to keep the flowers fresh.

Positioning: Place the flowers inside the box carefully, with the stems at the bottom and the blooms at the top.

Stabilization: Use bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or crumpled newspaper to fill any gaps around the flowers, ensuring they don’t move during transit.

Layering: If you're packing multiple layers of flowers, separate each layer with cardboard or more tissue paper.

Close the Box: Securely close the box, using packing tape to seal all edges.

Labeling: Label the box with “Fragile” and “This Side Up” stickers to inform the courier of the contents.
